O.H.Sharp- Photographer

Oscar H. Sharp was a local photographer, Camera Shop owner, a Mayor of Bethel, and a Local Character.

Mr. Sharp took, quite literally, thousands of photographs during his career. Most focus on Bethel, Clermont County, and the surrounding area. His camera shop and studio developed countless photos taken by others, many of which were never picked up, or were acquired during the closure of other photo studios.

When Mr. Sharp passed away, the Bethel Historical Society received his extensive archives, and we are continually working to classify and organize this wonderful record of local history.
