America 250 "Hey Kids!"
Come to the Bethel Museum this Saturday, 2/21/26. You can check out the fun kids activities anytime between 1pm and 4pm. There is no start or end time for the FUN activities! It is free and open to everyone. Membership is not required. Kids will have fun, earn prizes, and learn a little bit of history.

The February volunteer training session for the Bethel Historical Museum will be on Saturday, Februasry 21, from 11:30am to 12:30pm. We will be exploring the Prominent Citizens Room . Grant Memorial Building
A brief history of the building that is posted on the "About" page. The Grant Memorial Building was built in 1929 & 1930, dedicated in 1930, It was built on the site of the former Sink house. It has served as a community building for Civic Club, American Legion, Boy Scouts, and Girl Scouts meetings. The Village of Bethel offices and Police Department used the building. 2026 - A Lot Happening

The Bethel Historical Museum is now offering training sessions for anyone interested in learning about Bethel history and helping museum visitors explore what our wonderful museum has to offer. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year
The Bethel Museum will be closed to the public for the remainder of December so our volunteers and members can enjoy the holidays by spending time with family and friends. Message from the Museum President
We had a great Down Home Christmas Day at the museum Saturday. THANK YOU to all the volunteers that came to help. Special thanks to the 3 National Honor Society students (from Bethel-Tate High School), Luke, AJ, and Lauren, who showed up and helped all day, taking shifts. They all said that they liked reading and hearing about things they never knew about that were in Bethel. Down Home Christmas - Museum Open 10AM-4PM
This Saturday, 12/6/2025, the Bethel Museum will be open for special hours 10:00am to 4:00pm. Down Home Christmas Raffles
The last chance to buy your tickets to the raffles for the museum will be on Saturday, December 6th, during the Down Home Christmas Festival.
